I love beaded wire and I love pearls - so I thought "hey let's make earrings". OK, so not the first time I've put them together I confess, but I was chatting to a lovely lady who wanted a pair of earrings similar to my Wimbledon inspired pinky ring, and came up with the design for her. Hope you like them too!
Pearls are connected to the energies of both the moon and water, the goddess, the feminine, the ebb and flow of life, they represent purity, honesty, loyalty and truth. They are also my birthstone - the birthstone of June, probably why I love them so much.
The beaded hoops are made from 1.5mm sterling silver and the pearl is a 5mm natural freshwater potato shape (not the most glamorous name for such a beautiful thing!). I always use 0.8mm sterling silver for ear wires because the experts say that is the most comfortable size and I'm going with that!
